ShowThis weekend went by fast. I went over to Kongsted to help him give
his site tune-up. We started by dividing the site into smaller pieces to avoid redundant code and we also changed a few thins, making the site validatable according to the doctype.

Saturday I was supposed to play a football-match but it was cancelled so instead a few of us played a training-match against our youth-team. We won big, maybe 6-1, I can't remember the exact score, even though we did'nt have a keeper, but none the less it was good practice.
Also, I made some changes to the
website and added a few players to our member-data-system.
On Sunday I tried the new
Godfather-game, which I think is great, it reminds me of one of my an all time favorites,
Mafia. Also, I watched
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
Tonight I have two meeting at
Sulsted IF so I probably won't be making any more changes to the sites today.

ShowWent to the last of the rules-lessons yesterday at the golfclub and took the final theoretical exam and aced it. 32 correct answers out of 32. Now all I need to learn is to hit the ball without ending up in a lake.

Also made a small addition to this site yesterday, as you might have noticed there are now two different logo's that appear at random in the top left corner. Hope you enjoy it.

It's been a while. I've had a one week holiday that I spend doing a lot of the same stuff I do when I'm not on holiday.
I went to a board-meeting on Monday a golf-meeting on Tuesday and to football-practice on Thursday (European football that is, not that vile American bloodsport). "Luckily" there weren't enough players there for us to train, so I got to go home and relax.
I spend the week trying to extract data from
JBU's result-database to display it on
Sulsted IF's webpage. They haven't made it easy for me as they don't provide a RSS-feed but I had to snatch the raw data from the webpage and convert it. Gave me some exercise in regular expressions though.
Well, I guess that's it for now. Hope there won't be as large a gap between this and my next post as there has been to the previous one.

ShowAh, I finally got some style to the page. Now all I need is to make som nice buttons for the menu and perhaps a picture of a better looking dude ;)
Ah, I finally got some style to the page. Now all I need is to make som nice buttons for the menu and perhaps a picture of a better looking dude ;)
Only problem now is that the blog-text seems to be lacking, as the rest of the page has received this face-lift. Next task, after polishing off the menu should be making the blog-text look really good also.
I hope you enjoy the new look. I sure do.

ShowThis new system sucks :(
This new system sucks :(
I worked about 2½ hours yesterday getting some member-data into our new computersystem at
Sulsted IF. This include creating teams and memberdata and pairing them together. And still I'm far from finished, though hopefully it won't take this much of my time in the future, as I hope to get some of the routines down.
Well, not much else has happened besides work, where we had a few problems this past week. Luckily we only had to release a small program to gather student-data rather than a full version of our system as our sevice-department opted us to do, but the changes they wanted included did'nt need to be out until final exams where we're putting out a new release anyway.
